The Turkish Embassy in Pretoria has confirmed that applicants are required to pay a mandatory R200+- travel insurance fee when submitting their e-visa applications. While the e-visa itself remains free of charge, applications will not be approved or issued unless the insurance payment is completed as part of the process.
